The Easy Mother’s Day Luncheon Menu.
Sparkling Grapefruit Cocktail | Vintage Home Designs

We’re starting off this delicious brunch right with refreshing drinks! Michelle offers three different options of these light and easy Sparkling Grapefruit Cocktails, including a non-alcoholic version. And how pretty is the presentation with these cute pink grapefruit ice flowers floating on the top?
Creamy Spring Herb Dip | Midwest Life and Style

For an appetizer, who doesn’t love anything dipped in ranch? Jen’s simple recipe for Creamy Spring Herb Dip is even better with cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, scallions, and fresh herbs. This quick dip is delicious on both veggies and crackers.
Hot Chicken Salad | Simply 2 Moms

AnnMarie and Anne are bringing the main dish with a delicious twist on one of those traditional brunch favorites – chicken salad. This Hot Chicken Salad is a baked casserole with cheese, bacon, and chives – yum! And the best part is, they’ve even adjusted an old classic southern food recipe to make it keto-friendly, so we don’t have as much mom guilt.
Beet Salad With Goat Cheese & Fresh Fruit | The Ponds Farmhouse

This Beet Salad With Goat Cheese & Fresh Fruit from Rachel is not only beautiful, but healthy too. She had me at beets and goat cheese, but adding the baby spinach, fresh berries, and nuts and then dressing it in blush wine vinaigrette really elevates this salad to another level!
Marinated Shoepeg Corn Salad | Southern Home and Hospitality

I’m bringing another old-school southern cooking side dish with this retro Shoepeg Corn Salad, which was one of my mother-in-law’s favorite dishes to make.
It’s a pretty and colorful blend of white shoepeg corn, peas, green beans, and red pimentoes. And it’s just as pleasing to taste with a mix of onions, celery, and bell pepper for a little crunch. But marinating it overnight in a sweet oil and vinegar dressing is what really makes this a crowd favorite that has stood the test of time.
Semi-Homemade Naked Cake | Stacy Ling of Bricks ’n’ Blooms

For our Mother’s Day dessert, Stacy’s cake has got it going on. This trendy Naked Cake with Flowers starts with a box mix! But this easy recipe is really all about the presentation (and it has less sugar with less icing😊). Make sure and check out all of her tips on decorating a cake with real flowers for a beautiful and sweet ending to your Mother’s Day menu.
