  1. I’d be interested to know your experience with Function Health post-blood work, not necessarily disclosing your results, but if you thought they were able to put you on a path that actually worked toward obtaining maximum results/wellness. Additionally, something I’d like to share is that my Vitamin D levels were always low despite supplements until I tried Superior Source Vitamin D3 supplements 1000IU from Amazon. These were the ONLY supplements that helped to get me in the normal range. I take just one daily (with water even though they dissolve in your tongue without water) and have no affiliation with the company. Just want to offer you some helpful advice & to anyone else having chronic low levels despite supplementation.

    1. Hi Helen! I’m slowly getting my results back and happy to report my Vitamin D is back in range (I’ve been taking some supplements from Amazon too). As a matter of fact, all of the things that were out of range last time except for one are in range now, but now I have 5 more new things out of range to work on! I’m going to take all of my results to my next physical to discuss with my doctor and have him put them in my records. I like Function Health because I feel like I have more control and it’s a little more understandable than the blood test results I usually get from my physicals. Have you used them?
