Welcome to “Come Sit By Me”! It’s our chance to catch up on the little things I’d share with you this week if we could chat on the porch over coffee (or wine depending on the time of day).
Life Lately in a Nutshell.
- My fun outing for this week was to see country singer Chris Janson with one of my best friends. He put on a great show and has the most positive energy—you can tell he truly enjoys performing! I can’t get the final song out of my head now— “I know everybody says money can’t buy happiness; But it could buy me a boat…”😂
- We had a few days on and off of beautiful warm, spring weather, so I enjoyed some outdoor walks and great conversation with a friend. I live for these fluke warm days in the winter to get me through the cold ones—It seems so wrong that those of you in the northeast are having extreme winter weather at the exact same time.

Since we’ve had a teaser of spring this week, I’m already dreaming of sprucing up my back porch and I’m loving this scalloped outdoor rug.
