Simple Cocktail Ingredients for this Peppermint Espresso Martini Recipe.
- 2 oz Peppermint Vodka
- 1 oz Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
- 3 tbsp. Starbucks Cold Brew (or your favorite brand)*
- Chocolate chips to melt for the rim
- Candy canes or peppermint candies to crush for the rim
- Foaming agent (optional)
- Coffee beans for garnish
* I used the ready made Starbucks Cold Brew in the Vanilla Sweet Cream flavor from the refrigerated dairy section. If you use cold brew concentrate, you may want to use less if you want a less strong coffee flavor. Also, if you use an unsweetened version of cold brew, you may want to add a little simple syrup.

Frequently Asked Questions.
This Christmas cocktail is more than just a drink. Its combination of mint, chocolate, and coffee flavors are like a dessert in a glass, making it the perfect after-dinner drink for the holidays.
And because the cold brew makes it so easy, this drink is a perfect cocktail for big batches if you’re hosting a crowd. I made a few ahead of time for my girlfriends Christmas party, stored them in a decanter, and shook the individual servings over ice before pouring in the martini glasses.
