Instructions
First Layer (Green):
Pour the Creme de Menthe into the bottom third of the shot glass. The amount of liquid will depend on how large the shot glass is.
Second Layer (White):
The next layer is the Irish Cream Liqueur. Follow this technique for keeping the layers separate:First, attach a speed pourer to the Bailey's and Grand Marnier bottles, or put a small amount into a small glass or jigger to better control the flow.Hold a small spoon bowl side up and the tip of the spoon against the side of the glass just above the creme de menthe layer.Slowly pour the liqueur over the back of the spoon, allowing it to ever-so-gently cascade over the first layer until you've filled another third of the glass. Patience is key to achieving well-defined layers. I was most successful by holding the tip of a speed pourer directly against the spoon and letting it trickle over the previous layer.
Third Layer (Orange):
Finish with the orange top layer of the Grand Marnier using the same spoon technique, taking care to pour very slowly until you have an equal third.
