Ingredients

  • 2 ounces White Chocolate Godiva Liqueur
  • 2 ounces Vanilla Vodka (or substitute Peppermint Vodka, or combine 1 oz. of each)
  • 1 ounce Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 container White Sparkling Sugar Crystals

Instructions

  • Prepare the glass. Dip the rim of the glass into water, vodka, or flavored syrup to wet. Then dip the rim in sparkling sugar crystals.
  • Fill a martini shaker halfway with ice.
  • Add 2 ounces of Vodka.
  • Add 2 ounces of White Chocolate Liqueur.
  • Add 1 ounce of Heavy Whipping Cream.
  • Shake to chill and pour into the prepared glasses.

Notes

For a peppermint variation, substitute 1 ounce of the vanilla vodka with peppermint vodka. If you can’t find Godiva white chocolate liqueur, Mozart White Chocolate or white crème de cacao are great alternatives. Shake vigorously to aerate the cream — this creates the signature frothy top of a White Christmas Martini. To make ahead, mix a large batch without ice and refrigerate for up to 24 hours, then shake each serving over ice before pouring. Garnish with a sparkling sugar rim, white chocolate shavings, or a holiday cranberry skewer.
