Add pudding mix, milk, butterscotch schapps, and Irish cream liqueur to a large bowl and whisk together for 2 minutes.*
Fold in the whipped topping and stir to combine.
Divide into condiment cups or shot glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove and garnish with Heath crumbles.
